When do presale orders ship?

In order to locate shipping information for your presale order - just log into your account here and click on the "Your Orders" section. Once in the order section, look for the order with the status "Processing" and click "view order". Once in the order, you will receive updated information as to when your presale order will ship!

Once your presale order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also locate the tracking information within your account! If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to our team at support@shopkarls.com!
