My Googan rod arrived snapped and/or was broken while in use.

If your Googan rod arrived snapped and/or the rod was damaged while in use, please email us at support@catchco.com and provide the following for a resolution:

  • Where you purchased the rod
  • The order number for the rod
  • The email address tied to your order
  • The exact rod you purchased
  • The issue you're having with the rod
