What do I do if my box is missing an item or if it’s damaged?
You should always receive all of the products that are listed on your bait card in the Dibble Digest. If you do believe you're missing an item, or you have received a box with a damaged or defective product(s) upon delivery, please just contact us with your full name, email address, and order number (if available) and we'll make sure you receive your missing item right away.
