I selected to have the gift certificate emailed directly to the gift recipient but they never received it, where is it?

 We email all gift certificates immediately after your purchase. In some cases, the gift recipient’s email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please send our support team an email at support@mysterytacklebox.com with your order number (if available), first and last name, and the email address you used to purchase the gift certificate and we’ll be happy to resend the gift certificate.
