How do I change my Shipping and/or Billing address?
To change your SHIPPING ADDRESS, just SIGN IN to your account and scroll down to the subscriptions section. There you'll see your current shipping address. Select the ‘Update’ button to add or alter the address. Once selected, you'll be given the option to select an existing address or add a new address. Once the new address is selected click the green SAVE ADDRESS button and you will be returned to your subscription dashboard. Please confirm that your new shipping address change is correct.
If you don’t see your new shipping, just click on the ‘Edit’ link again and make sure you click the ‘Select’ link to update the preferred shipping address for your subscription.
If you would like to change your BILLING ADDRESS, please send an email request to email@example.com and we'll get back within 24 hours or less. You can also request the update by calling 1(844) 682-5833. When leaving a voicemail, make sure to include your email or previous order number tied to your account as well as your new billing address so our team can locate your account and make the update in a timely manner to ensure that your next shipment will be processed on time.
Please Note: The deadline to update your shipping or billing address is the last day of the month. Changes made on the 1st of the month or after will go into effect the following month.
