How do I change my box type to a different species?

Changing your box type to a different species is very easy. Just SIGN IN to your account and click the SWITCH button located in your subscription dashboard. Then, just select your desired species and click CHANGE SPECIES. You will be returned to your subscription dashboard and your new preferred box type should be visible and confirmed at the top.

Please Note: The deadline to update your box type is the last day of the month. Changes to box preferences made on the 1st of the month or after will go into effect the following month
