I don’t see an active subscription in my account, why?
If an active subscription is not visible in your account when you SIGN IN then your subscription has expired and you are not currently scheduled to receive any further boxes. If you recently purchased a gift for someone else you will see the order number for your purchase in the ‘Recent Orders’ field at the bottom of your account dashboard.
If you are still receiving boxes, but your account is saying you do not have an active subscription, please email us at support@mysterytacklebox.com and provide your name, any possible alternate email addresses, your current shipping address, any previous order numbers, and they will assist you in locating your active account.
