Why is my subscription suspended?

Your subscription status will read 'Suspended' when a renewal payment is attempted and declined and you should have received an email notification about this declined payment. The most common reasons for a declined payment are:

The credit card you placed your subscription with has expired.

The billing zip code provided at the time your subscription was placed does not match the current billing zip code on file with your credit card provider.

You removed or changed your billing/credit card information from your account since the last time you were charged.

Your credit card company declined the transaction for other reasons.

We recommend contacting your bank/credit card company to verify that your payment information is correct. Once you’ve confirmed your payment information, please just log in to your account and update your billing and payment information.
