I canceled my subscription, why am I still receiving boxes?

You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed anything further. Please note that when canceling your subscription, you will still receive all the boxes you paid for prior to canceling. For example, if you cancel before the conclusion of your 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, you will still receive the remaining amount of prepaid boxes until the subscription plan is completed. Since all sales are final, please understand that refunds will not be issued for the remaining unshipped boxes.
