I canceled my subscription, why have I not been refunded?

All Mystery Tackle Box sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed anything further as long as you cancel before the deadline of your next renewal payment which is the last day of each month (you can log in to your account and see the exact date of your next renewal payment at the top of your subscription page).  

Please be aware that when canceling your subscription, you will still receive all the boxes you paid for prior to canceling. So, any boxes that haven’t shipped as part of your subscription plan will be sent each month until the subscription plan is completed. Since all sales are final, please understand that refunds will not be issued when canceling in the middle of your subscription.
