When do boxes ship and how long does it usually take to receive my box?

Your first subscription box will ship within 10 business days from when your payment is processed. We email a unique tracking link when your box ships. All boxes after the first order will ship out within the first 10 days of each month!

We ship all of our subscription boxes with DHL and final delivery is made by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and it can take 5-8 business days to arrive from the shipment date within the continental United States. Subscribers in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take a little bit longer and can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks from the shipment date.

Our One-time products and boxes will be shipped within 48 hours of when your payment is processed and delivered within 3-8 business days from the date of shipment.
