How do I redeem a gift certificate or gift card?

Gift Certificates

We've made some changes (and improvements!) to our gifting features and the code you received to begin your gift subscription will no longer work. Instead, we have loaded up the appropriate amount of credits to your account for you and you will have to redeem your gift via the redemption email. To redeem your subscription, you can follow the steps below.

1. Locate the Redemption email in your inbox. (Be sure to check all folders in your inbox) If you cannot find this, reach out to support@mysterytacklebox.com, and we'd be happy to get this for you.
2. In the email, click "Redeem Your Gift."
3. From there, you will be directed to the gift redemption page. Click "Redeem Gift"
4. You will then be prompted to enter your shipping address, select your species, and choose your start date.
5. Once this is complete, your gift subscription has been redeemed!

Gift Cards

Depending on whether you gift this item or buy it for yourself, the electronic gift card will be emailed to you or the gift recipient on the date selected. In the email, you will receive a code that you can use during checkout on our site to apply the gift amount! Gift cards are applied in the Coupon Code section of the checkout, shown below.
