How do I redeem a gift certificate or gift card?

Gift Certificates

We've made some changes (and improvements!) to our gifting features and the code you received to begin your gift subscription will no longer work. Instead, we have loaded up the appropriate amount of credits to your account for you and you will have to select your plan from your account portal! To redeem your subscription you can follow the steps below.

1. Login into your account portal using the email address associated with your gift.
2. Under "Address & Payment Details" add your desired shipping address so we know where to ship your box!
3. From your account page, find the gift plan product that you were gifted. The credits on your account should match this plan.
4. Once you find your plan, click "Add"
5. Once your plan has been added enable the "Auto-apply to the next order" function in the credits section.

Please Note: You will need to proceed with your purchase from your account portal. Purchasing via our plans page will not apply your credit!

Gift Cards

Depending on whether you gift this item or buy it for yourself, the electronic gift card will be emailed to you or the gift recipient on the date selected. In the email, you will receive a code that you can use during checkout on our site to apply the gift amount!
