Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer a 60-day hassle-free return policy on all Karl's Bait & Tackle shop orders within the US, including but not limited to all reels, apparel, tackle*, additional fishing items, and all accessories!

You may return a qualifying product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase within 60 days of the original order date. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging if possible. You’re welcome to open your package and inspect the product before the return. Proof of purchase is necessary. Returns for credit are FREE, though a $2 return shipping fee will apply to all items being fully refunded. Returns from Canada are not accepted at this time.

To arrange a return or exchange, please send an email to support@shopkarls.com. Please include your full name, email address, order number, and item(s) that are to be returned or exchanged.

*We do not accept returns or exchanges for our monthly subscription boxes, rods, or personalized items. Subscription boxes or any product received in the boxes are nonrefundable and are ineligible for returns. Please note that shipments over 60 days old will not be refunded or replaced
