My tracking shows no activity. What do I do?

It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.  And, tracking updates may require 2-3 business days so hang tight as final delivery will be made within 5-8 business days of the shipment date.

If your tracking does not show any activity for more than 1 week, please send our support team an email at support@mysterytacklebox.com with your full name, email address, and order number (if available) and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your shipment.
