My tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but I never received it. What do I do?

 If your package has been marked delivered, but you are unable to find it, we recommend checking with your friends, family, and neighbors as it may have been picked up by an acquaintance or neighbor. If you still can't find it, please send our support team an email at support@mysterytacklebox.com with your full name, email address, and order number (if available) and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your shipment.
