Why can’t I update my information? I get an error message when I update my payment information.
When a payment attempt is declined it may be to due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect billing address and/or zip code
- Low account balance
- Your card has expired
- Your bank is declining the transaction
If you have entered all of the correct card information (card number, CVC code, and billing address) and you’re still unable to successfully update your payment information, we suggest contacting your bank for more information on why it was declined. Since your bank is declining the charge they will be able to give you the exact reason why it was declined as well as correct the issue so that future charges from us can be accepted.
