How to contact us?
Our support team is available 7 days a week, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. If your inquiry is sent in after 7 pm CST, we'll respond by the next business day. Here are the ways to contact us:
Email: To email us, click the link at the bottom of the page (or top right corner) and fill out the form with your request or email us here: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're in our Help Center, just click the Contact link at the top of the page. All emails receive a response within 24 hours - typically within a few hours or less.
Live Chat: To chat live with a customer service agent, scroll to the bottom of the home page and click "Help" and a pop-up window will appear. In this pop-up, click where it says "Ask" and choose the option labeled as "Chat". This will connect you with one of our available team members. If we are not on live chat an option for an email will populate instead.
Phone: If you want to reach us by phone, you can call us at (844) 682-5833. We are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. If you are calling after business hours please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as we are available.
