Our support team is available 7 days a week, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm CST. If your inquiry is sent in after 7 pm CST, we'll respond by the next business day. Here are the ways to contact us:
Email (recommended): To email us, click the link at the bottom of the page (or top right corner) and fill out the form with your request or email us here: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you're in our Help Center, just click the Contact link at the top of the page. All emails receive a response within 24 hours - typically within a few hours or less.
Live Chat: When our team is available for live chat, you can click on the help button on the top right of our website and be can be connected with one of our team members. If we are not on live chat an option for an email will populate instead.
Voicemail: If you want to reach us by phone, you can call us at (844) 682-5833 and leave a voicemail with your full name, email address, and your question or issue and we’ll be happy to contact you back as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours, but always by the next business day. Please try and leave as many details as possible in your voicemail, or just follow up with an email for an even faster response!
