My address has changed but my box has shipped to my old address. What do I do?

The deadline to update your address is the last day of each month. If your order confirmation or USPS tracking information indicates that your order is being shipped to your old address, please ensure that you have set up address forwarding with USPS, the send our support team an email at support@mysterytacklebox.com with your full name, email address and order number (if available) and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your shipment.
