The tracking on my box hasn’t updated in days and appears stuck in one location, what’s going on?
Please don't be concerned if the tracking information isn't fully up to date with a current location. This simply means the box is still in transit and your tracking will update as soon as the package arrives at the next distribution center or is scanned by your local postal carrier. Tracking updates may require 2-3 business days so hang tight you should have it shortly!
If your tracking does not show any activity for more than 1 week, please send our support team a message with your full name, email address and order number (if available) and we’ll work with you to make sure you receive your shipment.
