Why isn’t my gift certificate code working?

If you’re Mystery Tackle Box gift code is not working please ensure you are entering it into our site EXACTLY as it appears on your gift certificate (including the dashes). If you have any trouble, please send our support team an email at support@mysterytacklebox.com with your unique gift code, first and last name, shipping address, and preferred fishing species and we’ll be happy to help redeem it for you.

Please note, if you receive an error message that the code has been redeemed or does not exist there may be an issue with the original purchase and we recommend checking your inbox for an email from the original order date for more information.
