How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, log into your account, and on your dashboard, click "Tackle Insurance" and then click the button that says "file a claim". You will then see a list of items you have purchased in the past that are eligible for replacement. Select the item and it will be added to your shopping cart. Once your cart is at least $25, you will be able to check out and the replacement item will be included at no cost in that order.
