I received a duplicate product/box, why?

All of our subscription boxes are specifically assigned based on the history of your account history with us and you should never receive the same product or box twice. 

However, please be aware if you place multiple orders of the same species in a single month, there is a potential of box and/or product duplicates. We encourage all returning customers to wait until the following calendar month to sign back up as this will help prevent receiving a duplicate box or products.
