What do I do if my box or a product I received is damaged?
You should always receive your box and all of the products in new condition. If for any reason you receive your box or any of the products damaged or defective upon delivery, please just contact us with your full name, email address and order number (if available) and we'll make sure you receive replacements for the damaged or defective item right away.
